"I do have good cooperations but they don`t give me results"
Well, I don`t really know but follow me on this questions and then you tell me if you came into any insights or conclusions!
Our main intention here is to make you find your own way on how to rock in cooperations!
1) Have you had a true talk with you cooperation explaining your frustrations and pointing possible next steps?
2) Have you had any bad cases between you? Have you asked them what they can do to make their role better? And you? What can you do to make it better? Have you asked for the cooperation`s opinion?
3) How can you improve your information management for codelivery? Can you make sure your cooperation and you (or their) Marketing responsible has all the ICX (or your LCs) information needed to promote it?
4) Do you have clear you cooperation`s processes and timeline? And yours is clear to them?
5) In comparison to their other cooperations, what are they doing that you`re not? What you need to be their 1st choice cooperation? Ask them!
6) Aren’t you cooperating with LCs that already has many other cooperations?

1) How can you improve your information management for codelivery? Can you make sure your cooperation and you (or their) Marketing responsible has all the ICX (or your LCs) information needed to promote it?
2) How can you make sure you keep your cooperation informed the most about all your team is working?
3) How can you make approval processes faster? Have you ever discussed this with your LC`s ICX or OGX? Do you still need ICX form since you trust some of them?
4) OK, since you guys are rocking, how can you guys make events between LCs to boost this results? Have you tried to do a ‘Black Friday’ sort of between you both?
5) Does this cooperation also fits for another operation in your LC? Talk to your LCP about it!
6) Do you guys have clear goals and milestones for this cooperation? Do you know where this cooperation will take you guys?
1) Have you mapped your LC`s previous realizations and results and analized the entities you already worked?
2) If you lost the cooperations timeline, how can you be highlighted from the other entities that the other LCs are already cooperated?
3) What`s your LC main differencial on the whole processes (mainly Value Delivery & consideration) that you can use as a potential?
4) Did you sent/received any member on IXP that can help you on promotion and consideration?
5) Do you have it clear how many exchanges can you expect from a cooperation based on your LC`s expectation?
6) Is your team all focused on this gap?
7) Aren’t you cooperating with LCs that already has many other cooperations?
